Based in Manchester, UK, working largely from my home, I have been able to successfully create:

- Over 600 recipes used by those same numbers of customers
- Development of low-carb and low calorie food products for internationally renowned businesses. Managed from inception to market. Products sold in Co-op, Ocado, Holland and Barrett and many more independent and online retailers
- Three cookbooks that have sold over 30,000 copies
- Ad scripts for commercials and online campaigns
- A professionally produced music library available for use in a number of commercial and creative contexts
- Individual pieces of music written for bespoke commercial briefs (for independent TV companies, car manufacturers, small businesses content output, etc)
The non-professional stuff...
I’ve written a couple of novels and several albums of music in my spare time. I write fast in both senses (which is good news for you if you are interested in my services) and take a huge amount of pleasure just creating. I like things finessed and finished too - no half jobs.
I also love swimming, walks with my fiancé, travelling, occasional picture-painting, cryptic crosswords, pretentious films, meals out with friends and family and being ruled over by my pet cat.
I am currently teaching myself to play the cello and violin. Last time I checked, I was still reasonably well-regarded by my neighbours in the adjoining house.
